Black Friday 2012: Deals & Steals!
Remember also that Cyber Monday is the date many retailers offer ONLINE deals too, so that date will be November 26th.
However...those dates seem to be completely out the window this year, so read on...
If you're thinking you need to pop across the border (or hop online) to grab some amazing deals this year, you're right! Let me recap some of the best so far!
Walmart (Buffalo flyer): grab things like 32" HDTV's for just $148, HP Laptops for $279, Blue Ray players for $68 and amazing deals on game systems, bikes and kids toys. Important note: Black Friday at most Walmart stores starts around 8pm on Thursday, November 22nd (that's 2 hours earlier than last year) so you'll have to get an early start to grab the best deals before quantities run out. Just be careful not to get trampled in a frenzy of eager shoppers. No deal is worth getting injured!
Target will also be starting their Black Friday sale on Thursday, around 9pm in stores. You'll see deep discounts on HD TVs, Apple iPad 2 tablets, smart phones, popular toys, digital cameras, PCs, clothing and other items that will make great Christmas gifts. You'll be able to shop 'online exclusives' on the 22nd there.
Department Stores like Macy's and Kohl's are slated to open their doors to customers at the stroke of midnight, so you can shop starting at 12:01 am (in person) on the 23rd.
Old Navy will be offering special doorbusters every few hours and giving away a Super Mario Brothers U Game with a $40 purchase. Opening most stores at midnight on the 23rd, steals include adult jeans for $15 from 12am to 4am, and coats as low as $19 for adults and $15 for kids from 8am to 12pm.
No matter where you go, and whether you're online or in person, you are guaranteed to see some exceptional deals on the 22nd and 23rd all across the U.S. and the web. Happy Shopping!
